Bjorge & Co was established by Jacob Bjorge in 1937 on a island on the west coast of Norway. All their dried salted fish is produced from line-caught fish, which ensures the best result. Carried on by four generations now, the Bjorge family takes great pride in ensuring the consumer is provided with the best hand crafted, dried fish. Our stock fish and ling fillets can be used in endless dishes and have many methods of preparation such as boiling, deep-frying, pan frying, baking and grilling.
