More than 30 years ago, in the heart of Reggio Calabria, the journey began with the grandparents of the current third-generation family. Laden with the day’s bounty from the Mediterranean Sea, they embarked on their mule and carriage, laying the foundation for an artisanal industry rooted in tradition.

Specializing in salted anchovies and sardines, our artisanal process involves a meticulous 24-month aging period, followed by careful hand-jarring with the finest Italian ingredients. Infused with the flavors of Italy, including aromatic oregano and spicy chili, our products are designed to enhance any recipe, adding depth and richness to every dish.
