Generations of Pasta Mastery: The Pallante Family Legacy

The Pallante family has upheld a rich milling tradition in Irpinia since 1949, operating the region’s first water-powered mill with millstones and pasta factory, initially producing 25 quintals per day. Over the years, the plant has evolved to produce 2900 quintals daily, employing a blend of tradition and technology to select premium semolina. Despite a significant increase in production over the past decade, the ethos instilled by Antonio Pallante Senior, the pioneer of the family’s pasta tradition, remains unchanged: prioritizing quality over quantity.

Today, the fourth generation of the Pallante family oversees operations at the factory in Caserta, which has undergone substantial growth and investment to become a leader in both production and quality control. What began as a local market endeavor has expanded into international exports, fostering relationships with customers and trade chains worldwide. Leveraging advanced technology and mechanization, Pastificio Antonio Pallante Srl competes on price without compromising product quality.

Spanning 25,200 square meters, with 17,743 square meters indoors, the plant employs 45 staff, while outsourcing warehousing and related activities. Pastificio Antonio Pallante Srl continues to uphold its legacy of excellence, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation to deliver premium pasta products to discerning customers globally.
