In 2005, Serra Industria Dolciaria inaugurated its cutting-edge production facility in Novi Ligure, situated in the confectionery-rich district of Alessandria, Northern Italy. This strategic investment was prompted by the challenges posed by an increasingly competitive global market.

Specializing in sugar-free candies, particularly in miniature size with a soft center, we also offer chewy toffees and chewing gum.
